Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your package.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in their original condition and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
